Kenneth serves clients in both Utah and Idaho. As a lawyer, he gets the most satisfaction out of advising his clients and appearing in court. Kenneth enjoys seeing cases resolve favorably for his clients.
For the last seven years Kenneth has advised and represented clients throughout Northern Utah. He has a broad base of litigation experience and regularly appears before the judges in Utah’s First Judicial District. Kenneth has built relationships with local mediators and other professionals who provide services which are often needed in legal disputes. Since 2010 Kenneth has represented organizations and individuals in Southern Idaho including Franklin County, Bear Lake County, and Bannock County.
During law school Kenneth worked with a firm that provided tax and business structure advice to clients acquiring aircraft for business use. He also represented his school on several moot court teams.
Kenneth and his wife, Kristen, enjoy their Cache Valley heritage and do what they can to serve individuals and the community.
